Welcome to Angel 8 Wings’s Paid Affiliates Program. These terms govern your participation in our affiliate marketing initiatives, including compliance with third-party marketplace requirements such as Amazon and Walmart.

7. Termination & Modification

Angel 8 Wings reserves the right to:

• Terminate an affiliate’s participation for any violation.

• Withhold commissions for non-compliance.

Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or website updates.

8. Liability & Indemnification

Angel 8 Wings is not responsible for lost earnings due to violations of third-party policies. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synergy Holding Group Inc. from any claims or liabilities resulting from their affiliate activities.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia and Country of Augusta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Augusta, VA.
